Miss Behnke began teaching at Spring Brook in the 2024-2025 school year. She grew up in Oswego and graduated from Carthage College with a degree in Elementary Education. While attending Carthage, she was on the dance team. When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, exercising, and baking. Miss Behnke loves encouraging students to reach their full potential and build their confidence in all aspects. She finds joy within the classroom and looks forward to the adventures that each day brings.

Mrs. Kauffman began her teaching career at Spring Brook Elementary in 2006. Before becoming a classroom teacher, Mrs. Kauffman worked as a Permanent Sub and Teaching Assistant in the District’s B.A.S.I.C.S Program. She attended WIU for her bachelors in Elementary Education, received her Masters in Educational Leadership with a Type 75 from Concordia University, and also has an endorsement in reading.  She loves teaching because each day is a new adventure, the kids are full of energy, it is amazing to see her students grow academically, socially, and emotionally. She loves to learn new things from her students. In her free time she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Rosenberg has been teaching at Spring Brook Elementary since 2000. She has taught both 3rd and 4th grade. She has a Bachelors degree from Illinois State University and a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Illinois University. Mrs. Rosenberg’s favorite part of teaching is developing a relationship with each individual student. Mrs. Rosenberg enjoys reading, being outside and spending time with her husband, two sons Chase & Luke, and dog, Shawzy.

Mrs. Zielinski has been teaching since 2012 and had the opportunity to teach 4th and 3rd grade throughout the country.  She grew up in Naperville, and attended Elmhurst College. Mrs. Zielinski then student taught at Spring Brook. Six months later, she moved to Los Angeles, California where she taught fourth grade for 4 years. She and her husband relocated back to Naperville in the summer of 2018. Mrs. Zielinski is a passionate teacher that loves to see every student reach their full potential. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, dancing, theater, crafting, reading, and being creative.  Mrs. Zielinski looks forward to being a part of the Spring Brook family.
