    Overview

    The Citizen's Financial Advisory Committee (CFAC) is a think-tank of business and financial professionals, charged with advising the District's administration. The committee meets on an as-needed basis, with a focus on examining trends and decisions affecting district revenues and expenses. Members identify ways the district can improve its financial health, with an emphasis on the district's approach to funding activities and programs, and investigate innovative or creative ways in which other school districts, educational institutions, governmental bodies or business institutions have improved financial efficiency and performance.
